B2B contact data with visible evidence

Find, verify, and enrich business contacts without hiding data quality.

Standard Data brings contact discovery, business-email verification, people and company enrichment contracts, and API and webhook controls into one workspace. Maturity badges show what is available, awaiting deployment, or blocked.

  • Find B2B contacts from supported contact and company inputs.
  • Verify business-email format, domain, MX, and risk signals.
  • Enrich people and companies through governed capability contracts.
  • Connect approved workflows through API keys and webhooks.
  • Understand confidence, freshness, provenance, and unavailable states.

Core product suite

Twelve contact-data capabilities, each with its real maturity.

A route or adapter alone does not make a capability available. These badges reflect the current repository and deployment gates.

Contact Discovery

Implemented, not deployed

Search supported people and company records using business criteria, with coverage and evidence states kept visible.

The local search contract is implemented, but live multi-source discovery is not deployed.

Email Finder

Implemented, not deployed

Use supported name, company, and domain inputs to look for a possible business email, then verify it separately.

The current implementation is cache-backed; live multi-source finding is not deployed.

Email Verifier

Available

Check supported email format, domain, mail-server, and risk signals without promising delivery.

Available for the documented signals; the result does not prove mailbox delivery.

Domain Search

Implemented, not deployed

Find supported public business contacts and company context associated with a domain.

The current implementation is cache-backed; a live external execution path is not deployed.

Person Enrichment

Blocked

Complete supported person fields from existing identifiers with explicit confidence, freshness, and provenance.

Backend mappings exist, but a unified live execution contract remains blocked.

Company Enrichment

Blocked

Complete supported company fields from a known company or domain without inventing unavailable attributes.

Stored-data support exists, but external enrichment evidence remains blocked.

LinkedIn Enrichment

Blocked

Use supported profile identifiers and public professional fields under a governed enrichment contract.

Live credentials and runtime evidence are missing, so execution remains blocked.

Business Phone Enrichment

Blocked

Look for a possible business phone field with availability, confidence, freshness, and provenance.

Live enrichment remains blocked; results are limited to field availability and evidence states.

CRM Enrichment

Approval required

Prepare supported exported or workflow data for reviewed enrichment without claiming unapproved connectors.

The generic connector exists, but supported commercial integrations require approval.

CSV Enrichment

Blocked

Upload contact-oriented CSV data, map fields, validate rows, review status, and export permitted results.

The contact-job execution and commercial charging path remain blocked.

Contact Lists

Available

Save, organize, and manage permitted contact results inside an authorized workspace.

Workspace list creation, membership, and controlled export routes are available.

Public Contact Search

Blocked

A limited public-layer contact lookup concept kept separate from private workspace data and permissions.

A complete public search surface is not implemented, so the product remains blocked.

Product workflow

Move from an input to an auditable contact-data result.

Each step preserves unavailable and partial states instead of turning missing evidence into a positive result.

  1. Search

Start with a contact, company, domain, email, or approved profile input.

  2. Verify

Evaluate documented business-email signals and preserve uncertain outcomes.

  3. Enrich

Request only approved contact or company fields through governed contracts.

  4. Save

Keep selected results in workspace lists with permission checks.

  5. Sync

Use an approved generic connection only after mapping and review.

  6. Export or API

Export allowed fields or retrieve them through scoped API access.

Data quality

Quality is a set of evidence fields, not a single marketing score.

Standard Data keeps match, verification, time, source, and unavailable states separate.

Match confidence

How strongly available identifiers support the selected person or company match.

Verification confidence

How strongly documented email checks support the returned verification state.

Freshness

When the supporting evidence was observed or last updated.

Provenance

The governed source context attached to a field or outcome.

Partial match

Some requested fields matched while others remain unavailable or uncertain.

Source transparency

A safe source label is shown without exposing Provider secrets or raw payloads.

Unknown and unavailable

Missing evidence remains explicit and is never presented as a successful match.

Workspace and team

Organize contact-data work with explicit roles and controls.

Workspace features support collaboration without implying any current production volume.

Developer platform

Integrate through documented, scoped interfaces.

The current surface covers API documentation, keys, scopes, request records, errors, and webhooks.

Trust and controls

Controls are shown only where the repository proves them.

Only repository-proven controls are listed; unsupported commercial or assurance claims are omitted.

Workspace RBAC

Role checks protect workspace-owned data and settings.

MFA

High-privilege access can require a second authentication factor.

Session controls

Sessions can be reviewed, revoked, and invalidated.

API key security

Keys are scoped, hashed, revocable, and excluded from normal output.

Audit activities

Sensitive workspace and security actions create safe audit evidence.

Privacy controls

Privacy requests, deletion workflows, and retention controls are represented explicitly.

Controlled Providers

Approved execution stays behind registries, boundaries, and fail-closed gates.

Evidence fields

Confidence, freshness, and provenance stay distinct from operational scoring.

Fail closed

Missing approval, credentials, configuration, or permission does not become success.

Flexible pricing preview

Pricing remains transparent while commercial plans are being finalized.

No price, included-credit amount, limit, discount, or annual commitment is published here.

Frequently asked questions

How Standard Data represents contact-data results

What can Standard Data find?

It supports governed contact discovery, business-email finding and verification signals, domain search, person and company enrichment contracts, business-phone availability enrichment, CSV workflows, API access, and webhooks. Each capability shows its current maturity.

How is confidence calculated?

Confidence represents the strength and agreement of available matching or verification evidence. It is not a sales or business-priority score.

What does freshness mean?

Freshness records when supporting evidence was observed or updated so an older result is not presented as newly confirmed.

How is provenance shown?

Safe source context can be attached to fields and outcomes while Provider secrets and raw responses remain protected.

How are workspace credits used?

Approved operations may use workspace credits under their operation-specific policy. The interface must preview applicable rules and never invent a balance or charge.

Does Standard Data support API access?

Yes. Existing API documentation, scoped keys, explicit errors, and webhook controls are available. Live enrichment operations remain independently gated.

What happens when a result is unavailable?

The result remains unavailable, unknown, partial, blocked, or in error as appropriate. Missing evidence is not converted into success.

How does workspace collaboration work?

Workspace roles, members, shared lists, activities, API keys, and permission checks keep collaboration inside an authorized workspace.

Start with the current contract

Create a workspace or review the API documentation.

Use only capabilities marked available, and review maturity and permission states before relying on an enrichment workflow.
